Village Street Media offers professional video production, drone videography, camera operation, and video editing services in Cairns and Far North Queensland.

2. Services

  • All work is provided based on a written quote.

  • A quote must be accepted before any work commences.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed only after acceptance of a quote and any required confirmation.

  • We will make every effort to meet agreed dates, but weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.

4. Cancellations

  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • We may cancel or reschedule a project due to safety, weather, or other unavoidable reasons. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All footage and videos remain the property of Village Street Media until the project is fully completed and delivered.

  • Upon delivery, you are granted a licence to use the final video for the agreed purpose.

  • We reserve the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the shoot.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide a clear project brief, reasonable access to locations, and any necessary permissions or approvals (including drone filming permits where required).

7. Limitation of Liability

Village Street Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected only to provide our services and is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
